This conceptual rebrand of Uncle Eddie’s Vegan Cookies explored how a small, family run bakery could evolve visually while preserving its heartfelt, handmade legacy.
The goal was to modernize the identity across multiple SKUs to strengthen shelf presence and create a flexible, cohesive system. The packaging leaned into warmth and nostalgia with a hand-drawn logomark, playful typography, and a radiating heart symbol that expressed love and quality.
Each flavor was treated as a distinct variation, using earthy tones, realistic graphics, and color-coded waves for easy recognition. Matte kraft-style pouches reflected sustainable food trends, while additional mockups for seasonal gift boxes extended the brand’s reach into future applications. The result is a system that feels personal, expressive, and rooted in authenticity.
